Our concept is simple when you book 94DR for groups from 6 - 12 it is yours exclusively. We have a designed range of service packages to suit the needs of all groups. Whether that’s being totally spoiled and looked after by our professional team of housekeepers, chefs, and hosts, free to cater entirely for yourselves, or a service style that created to meet your needs. We will be guided simply by what is right for you.
Our vision has always been to create a small friendly place with a BIG personality. We wanted a place for you to feel at home, even when you’re miles away from your own. 94DR is where flamboyant energy meets relaxation, where classic meets modernity, where luxury meets experience.

94DR sleeps up to 12 people in 6 stylish en suite bedrooms. The interiors are a chic, contemporary take on classic Edinburgh townhouse. Our Scottish roots and wide travels have influenced the design with muted greys, luxurious fabrics and finishes, coupled with traditional features and Scottish art, all add to the comfort, warmth and personality.
94DR is truly one of Edinburgh’s secret addresses, combining the best of Victorian grandeur with modern design and the latest technology. The style matches those of any sophisticated hotel and is fully equipped for adventurous, luxurious memory making.

94DR has 6 stylish ensuite bedrooms, the interiors are a chic, contemporary take on our traditional Scottish roots. Top-quality touches like comfortable mattresses, handwoven blankets, fine bed linen and White Company toiletries all add to the air of refined luxury.

We are dedicated to offering you the highest level of service, preserving your privacy, and making you feel perfectly at home. From the moment you book, we can organise every aspect of your holiday, including transfers, stocking fridges and bar - having everything ready for your arrival. We can recommend and book the best tours and activities, and discuss wining and dining with you at length. We are always on hand to help, at any time, ensuring that all your requirements are met, meaning you can relax from the off.
Breakfast
At 94DR, we’ve always believed breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so that’s why it’s always included in our rates. We offer two styles of service you can choose from: either a dedicated breakfast chef who can rustle up our famous homemade granola and fresh fruit compote just as easily as eggs Benedict or a full Scottish. Or, choose to have one of our delicious breakfast boxes filled with fresh artisan bread, pastries and other yummy morning treats, delivered freshly and discretely every morning.
Housekeeping
We know how valuable downtime is, your on holiday and you deserve to be spoiled and properly looked after. Our discrete housekeeping team come in daily to make beds, clean, tidy and wash up, so you don’t have to. But don’t worry we’ll respect your privacy, you won’t even know we’ve been – just like magic.
Concierge
We live here. Edinburgh is our home. Our concierge and host service is exclusive to our guests, when you reserve we can introduce you to great places and some interesting faces. We work hard to find the best people so that you receive genuine authentic recommendations and service. Things change, we’ll keep you in the know with where, what and who is on form right now and our reasons for recommending.

Food is at the heart of everything we do. You can expect gastronomic dining at 94DR, from mouth-watering breakfasts to a formal dinner with a dash of Michelin star in The Orangery or an away day picnic, to lunch al fresco in our private walled garden, we strive to impress and generate plenty of smiles.
Paul, our chefs, restaurant partners and producers are among the best in Scotland. We like to keep our catering fresh and interesting and on the lighter side - you will always be spoilt with delicious food. Our guests enjoy the flexibility of choosing their style of dining or leaving everything in our very capable hands.
Breakfast (always included)
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and at 94DR we treat it with great respect. We aim to awaken your senses and offer a great start to the day, with real food, prepared freshly every morning using the very best, seasonal, local and organic produce. Our rates include either a morning visit from a breakfast chef or a delivered breakfast hamper.
Fully Catered
Paul is a professionally trained chef so exceptional food and drink are at the very heart of 94DR. Regardless of how you wish to eat, we will contact you before your arrival to discuss what you would like during your stay. We like to keep our menus fresh and interesting and on the lighter side – but you decide.
Restaurant at Home
Enjoy the finest Edinburgh restaurants at your 94DR home. As well as a great way to create unique memories, choosing a ‘restaurant at home’ experience provides an important lifeline for local eateries. They’ve been some of the hardest-hit businesses and need all the support we can give them. Our Edinburgh favourites have worked hard to ensure their food deliveries are more than a cut above your typical chippie. Now let’s tuck in!
Self Catering +
We love to cook and we know that many of you do too. We have selected the finest produce that Edinburgh and Scotland have to offer and we can arrange for it to be delivered and stored before your arrival. So all you have to do is get kitchen creative.
Drinks
At 94DR, the drinks flow freely! We can arrange for a stocked bar and a selection of fine house wines. 94DR has partnered with L’art du Vin an excellent local wine merchant specialising in artisan producers that express their terroir, so if you would like to pre-order something extra special we will do all we can to facilitate this. Our house champagne, can be chilled and waiting for you.
