Finding Us
George IV Bridge
We are based just off the High Street, through 2 closes, which can be hard to find as the Old Town of Edinburgh was not built with maps in mind!
If you cannot find Roxburgh's Court on a map, the closest cross-section is George IV Bridge and High Street. Roxburgh's Court can be accessed via Real Mary's Kings Close, also known as Writer's Close, (323 High Street) or Roxburgh's Close next to the restaurant Angels with Bagpipes - we prefer Mary Kings Close, next to The City Chambers as it is wider and there are less steps!
High Street
Our entrance is set back off the High Street, also known as The Royal Mile, to find us make your way to St Giles Cathedral on The Royal Mile.
Opposite the Cathedral you will see both Roxburgh's Close and Warriston's Close. Access either Warriston's Close (advertised as Real Mary Kings Close) or Roxburgh's Close (next Angels with Bagpipes) and walk down the stairs to Roxburgh's Court, where you will see the restaurant Zizzi's and our reception area with floor to ceiling glass windows, as above - we prefer Mary Kings Close, next to The City Chambers as it is wider and there are less steps!
If you are travelling by car we recommend you park in Waverley Train Station Carpark you can then validate your ticket in our reception and recieve a 30% discount. For further details click here
