    About 60 miles northwest of Glasgow, spend an unforgettable afternoon exploring Inveraray Castle and its magnificent gardens. Discover the impressive castle, home of the Dukes of Argyll and the seat of Clan Campbell, on a self-guided or guided tour. The castle and gardens are open to visitors from late March to the end of October. If you visit in mid-May or around the end of September and early October, you can even book a special tour of the private apartments, an exclusive experience only available on a few specific dates each year.
